Host Guidelines - Attend an event - Show your support for public lands!

During Earth Week (April 18-24, 2016) conservation groups across the country are banding together to stand up for public lands. We need to send a message loud and clear to Congress, State Legislatures, and shady corporate interests that our public lands are not for sale!

If you can't find an already planned event to sign up for, consider hosting an event of your own. Your event can be as simple as a gathering at your local coffee shop to talk about the reasons you value public lands. Or, it could be as big as a rally at your local state capitol or federal building. The important thing is for all of us who care about public lands to make our voices heard. Now is not the time to take public lands for granted. Help Protect Your Public Lands!

The shorter and more descriptive, the better.
A hybrid event allows for both a physical location and a virtual link.
Virtual events do not require a location, but virtual events with a location will appear on the event campaign map. (Those without a location will appear in search results only.) At least a ZIP/postal code is required for map placement for virtual events.
Select the timezone in which your event will take place.
Hint: You have selected %s. Do you mean %s?
URL of where attendees can attend the virtual event, such as a Zoom link. This will only be shown to event attendees via email after RSVPing. Attendees that click the link within the checkin window will be marked as attended, if checkin is on for the event.
Phone number or email address. Will be made public.
